Mechanical configuration specification
1) Feeding unit with sensing (one set): 72 sections of sensing units, accurate detection of different thicknesses, low failure rate, longer service life and sensing of workpiece processing size and position at actual time.
2) CNC Keyboard Cross Belt Sanding Unit : According to the sensing, the constant pressure controls 72 sections of keyboard type pressure pads to press the surface of the board accurately.
3) CNC piano key type broadband sanding unit (forward and reverse two groups): According to the sensing, constant pressure control 72 sections of piano key type pressure pads, the surface would be accurately pressed, and the sanding trace of the previous sanding would be smoothed out. Also can sand the concave and convex surface and the sanding quality is delicate.
4) Cleaning unit : Sanding belt dusting and brush roller dusting to clean plate surface.
5) Conveyor unit : 9mm rubber diamond shaped belt, durable and non-slip. Conveyor table vacuum adsorption, equipment running conveyor belt surface clean, the bottom of the board clean.
