2. The first four sets of sanding components, include eight sets of disc sanding units, with 360°forward rotation and 360°reverse rotation, are used to sand and polish the surfaces with uneven-shape and the horizontal and vertical corners;
3. The fifth, and sixth sets of sanding components, that two sets of spiral roller sanding units, one is forward-rotation and on is reverse-rotation. large-size diameter sanding rollers are used for large-area sanding. The sand lines of the first few sanding layers of paint would be fully polished. It is a rotating flexible sanding formed by a spiral shaped sanding belt supported by an elastic brush. It adopts a continuous downward pressure rolling all-round irregular sanding unit, which has the characteristics of stable sanding force, smooth and uniform patterns, and sanding is carried out on concave and convex surfaces.
4. Equipped with 8 of 125MM suction ports, to ensure the cleaning effect, it is best to maintain a wind speed of 22 m/s or above in the vacuum exhaust pipe.
6. The equipment is equipped with a feeding and discharging detection device, which controls the start and stop of the sand roller to prevent hitting the head or tail.
