1. Mechanical characteristics:

  1) Stirring cage recovery system: High-pressure air jets strike the workpiece surface, causing sand grains to fall into storage by gravity. The sand tank and stirring cage sand and dust conveyance system collect and deliver them to the sand and dust separation system for recycling, thereby enhancing the contrast sand granule usage rate.

   2) Sand and dust separation system: When certain abrasives come into contact with each other during the grinding process, dust is produced. The separation system's principal function is to separate and discharge dust from the recovered sand-dust mixture while also reusing usable sand grains. This cycle repeats until the product has been eaten.

   3) An independent lifting control and adjustment system including a revolving spray gun (10). To adjust the spray gun: lift it at various angles according to the thickness of the workpiece, ensuring an optimal fit between the spray gun and machined parts within a range of 650mm for optimal sandblasting grinding.
