SANDWELL profile Sander Model: SDS13-PPLLL
This MDF plate sanding and polishing can be used for white blank and sanding paint of bathroom cabinet made of various solid wood, wrapping wood and other materials.
The plane special-shaped bathroom cabinet doors which have been carved or processed in other ways.
The combined sanding method greatly reduces the time of artificial sanding again and improves the labor productivity.
Configuration description:
1. The UV primer cabinet door sanding machine is equipped with seven sets of sanding units, which are composed of five sets of sanding components.
2. First, second, set of sanding parts, six groups of sanding units, respectively 360 degree positive rotation and 360 degree reversal, all corners of the workpiece are sanded and sanded in an all-round way.
3. The third, fourth and fifth sets of sanding parts, three groups of spiral roll sanding units, two positive and one negative or two negative (adjusted according to need), large diameter spiral sand roll large area sanding, the first several rounds of sanding grain for comprehensive sorting. The concave and convex surfaces are sanded.

4. Welding annealing aging treatment of integral frame structural profiles to ensure stable operation and sanding accuracy of the equipment.
5. Encoder replaces a large number of stroke switches, which makes control more accurate, debugging more convenient, low failure rate and lower maintenance cost.
6. Vacuum absorption design is selected for the worktable for sanding narrow sheet.
