Sanding components adopt modular, which can improve sanding efficiency by 3-10 times and reduce manual work by more than 70%.
Configuration description:
1. This UV primer office furniture sanding machine is equipped with 9 sets of sanding units, composed of six sets of sanding components, with a feeding width of 1300mm.
2. The first set of sanding components consists of two sets of horizontal spiral roller forward and reverse sanding groups, which sand the horizontal concave and convex surfaces of the workpiece. Both the forward and reverse sides can be sanded in place;
3. The second and third sets of sanding components, four sets of sanding units, with 360 degree forward rotation and 360 degree reverse rotation respectively, are used to comprehensively polish and sand all corners of the workpiece;
4. The fourth, fifth, sixth sets of sanding components, three sets of spiral roller sanding units, large-diameter sanding rollers for large-area sanding, comprehensively smoothing the sand lines on the surface of the first few sanding paint, and sanding the concave and convex surfaces.
5. Optional vacuum adsorption conveying workbench.

(2) Independent adjustments of rollers and working components can be made for sanding plates with deeper grooves.
5. The abrasive replacement of the whole machine is simple and convenient. The sanding component can push out the fuselage from the side. The disc component has a patented fast-changing structure.
6. It has an input and output material detection device and a sand roll start-stop device, which can effectively protect the head and tail of the plate from being sanded.
7. 10 125MM suction outlets to ensure the effect of suction.
