2) Sand and dust separation system: During the grinding process, when certain abrasives come into contact with each other, it generates dust. The principal function of the separation system is to effectively separate and discharge dust from the recovered sand-dust mixture while also reusing usable sand grains. This cycle continues until all usable product has been consumed.
3) An independent lifting control and adjustment system includes a revolving spray gun (10). To adjust the spray gun: lift it at various angles according to the thickness of the workpiece, ensuring an optimal fit between the spray gun and machined parts within a range of 650mm for optimal sandblasting grinding.
