Sanding process plan
First place: Generally used for rough sanding, install 120#, 180#, 240# sand strips, through the lateral movement, break the rough corner of the white blank and the surface of the primer to prepare for the sanding behind.
The second and third places: semi-finished sand, generally using discs to install 180#, 240#, 320# sand strips, through the rotation of the disc, the texture of the broken front process is disturbed into an irregular surface texture.
The fourth and fifth places: fine sanding, usually using a brush straight sand roller, installing 240#, 320#, 400# sand bar, the two groups of sand one positive and one reverse at the same time rotating the front tangled combing into a fine straight twist.
Through the above five processes, the surface of the workpiece is sanded in an all-round way to achieve the best sanding effect.
The above process is suitable for sanding of solid wood white body (such as mahogany, oak, mahogany, birch, etc.), veneer white body, kitchen cabinet door, wardrobe door, PE, PU primer, UV paint, etc.
