Sanding process program

The first: Wood Brush Sander Machine is generally used for rough sanding, installing 120#, 180#, 240# sanding bars, and breaking the rough corners and primer surfaces of the white billet through lateral movement to prepare for the back sanding.

Second and third: semi-fine sanding, generally using a disk to install 180#, 240#, 320# sand bar, through the rotation of the disk, the previous process to break the texture into irregular surface texture.

Fourth, five: with Automatic Brush Polishing Sanding Machine fine sanding, usually using a brush straight sand roller, install 240#, 320#, 400# sand bar, two groups of sand a positive and reverse rotation at the same time will be the front of the messy carding into a fine straight hinge.

Through the above five processes, the workpiece surface is sanded in a full range to achieve the best sanding effect.

The above process is suitable for solid wood white body (such as mahogany, oak, peach, birch, etc.), veneer white body, kitchen cabinet doors, wardrobe doors, PE, PU primer, UV paint and other sanding.

The efficiency of the production per shift of the flat shaped sander is 5-10 times higher than that of manual sanding (for example, a worker can polish 3-6 door panels for 1 hour, while the machine can process 50-100 pieces/hour, or even more).
