SANDWELL Profile Sander SDG10/13-PPLLLL
This MDF plate sanding and polishing is used for varnish sanding on the surface of planar special-shaped workpieces with various materials.
Through the selection and combination of different sanding parts and sanding materials, the surface of special-shaped paint is sanded.
Various combinations of this machine can greatly improve the sanding efficiency, reduce or do not need to be repaired manually again.
Reduce the harm of dust produced by manual grinding to human body.
Configuration description:
1. This Plastic uptake door panel sanding machine is equipped with 8 sets of sanding units, composed of six sets of sanding components, with a feeding width of 1300mm.
2. The first two sets of sanding components, four sets of disc sanding units, with 360 degree forward rotation and 360 degree reverse rotation respectively, are used to polish and sand the uneven surfaces of irregular paint surfaces and the horizontal and vertical corners;
3. The third, fourth, fifth, and sixth sets of sanding components, four sets of spiral roller sanding units, one positive and one negative, large diameter sanding rollers are used for large-area sanding. The surface sand lines of the first few sanding layers of paint are comprehensively smoothed, and a rotating flexible sanding unit is formed by a spiral shaped sanding belt supported by an elastic brush. It adopts a continuous downward pressure rolling all-round irregular sanding unit, which has the characteristics of stable sanding force, smooth and uniform patterns, and sanding is carried out on concave and convex surfaces.
4. Equipped with 10 125MM suction ports, to ensure the cleaning effect, it is best to maintain a wind speed of 22 m/s or above in the vacuum exhaust pipe.
6. The equipment is equipped with a feeding and discharging detection device, which controls the start and stop of the sand roller to prevent biting the head and tail.
