This UV primer office furniture sanding machine is used for surface sanding of planar profiled workpieces processed by FDM, and also for sanding of other planar profiled workpieces.
Through the combination of different sanding parts and sanding materials, the burrs and knife marks of planar special-shaped workpieces engraved by FDM plate can be sanded, and it can also be used for sanding of primer-coated workpieces.
Various combinations of components can effectively meet sanding requirements, reduce artificial re-sanding, and reduce the harm of sanding dust to human body.
Configuration description:
1. This sanding milling polishing machine is equipped with 9 sets of sanding units, composed of six sets of sanding components, with a feeding width of 1300mm.
2. The first, second, and third sets of sanding components, six sets of sanding units, with 360 degree forward rotation and 360 degree reverse rotation respectively, are used to comprehensively polish and sand all corners of the workpiece;
3. The fourth, fifth, sixth, sets of sanding components, three sets of spiral roller sanding units, front and back, large-diameter sanding rollers for large-area sanding, comprehensively combing the sand lines on the surface of the first few sanding layers of paint. The sanding belt supported by the brush elasticity forms a rotating flexible sanding unit in a spiral shape, using continuous downward pressure rolling for all-round irregular sanding, with characteristics such as smooth sanding force, straight and uniform patterns, and sanding the concave and convex surfaces.
4. 10 125MM vacuum cleaners to ensure effective cleaning.
5. Equipped with a sand roller start stop device, effectively protecting the head and tail of the board from being penetrated by sand.
