This Edge Sanding Machine is suitable for straight irregular edge milling and sanding; Specially designed for various types of furniture, tables and chairs, coffee tables, cabinets, doors, and other board edge white milling and white paint sanding; Strong targeting, simple and easy to operate, different abrasive belts can be configured according to different process requirements.

1. The first and second milling cutter motors are high-speed motors (with a maximum speed of 12000 r/min). The first milling cutter has a jumping function to prevent tearing of the solid wood board;

2. The third and fourth are sand frame units, combined with sandpaper of different particle sizes, to apply coarse and fine sand to the sides of the board.

3. The fifth and sixth are two to four sand head units with automatic wear compensation, which can be equipped with sponge wheel sand heads or various types of grinding wheel pairs for side sanding and polishing.
