Edge sanding machineis specifically designed for sanding and polishing the edges of various furniture, tables, chairs, coffee tables, cabinets, doors, and other panels with white body and paint. It is highly targeted, simple to operate, and can be configured with different abrasives according to different process requirements to meet the requirements.

The frame can also be extended according to the sanding process requirements to add sanding racks and sanding heads for grinding the edges of shaped workpieces, such as furniture panels with irregular edges.

1. This model of machine is equipped with one sand frame unit and three sand head units with automatic wear compensation.

2. The sand frame and sand head can be equipped with various sizes of sand belts and different sanding materials such as flying wing wheels, nylon wheels, etc., to complete the sanding of different materials such as blank and paint.

3. Electric adjustment of sand frame and sand head forward and backward, lifting and lowering.
